Return Policy

While I strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, I understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and have a return policy in place to facilitate that process. Please read the following information before ordering:

  1. Returns on Ready-Made Items: I accept returns on ready-made items. However, to be eligible for a return, the item must be received in its original unused condition. 

  2. Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you decide to return an item, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. For international orders, any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.

  3. Restocking Fee: In the case of credit card orders, a 6% restocking fee will be applied. This fee helps offset the charges I must pay to the credit card companies. Please keep this in mind when considering a return.

  4. Made to Order and Custom Orders: Made to order and custom orders are considered final sale. Since these items are specifically tailored to your preferences, I work closely with you throughout the design and build process to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, returns or exchanges on made to order and custom orders are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on my part.

  5. Contact me: Before initiating a return, please contact me to discuss the situation. I am committed to resolving any issues and addressing your concerns. By contacting me in advance, I can provide you with the necessary instructions and ensure a smooth return process.
